Prior to becoming a full-time investor, he was a CMBS underwriter for Situs where he underwrote over $100MM in loans. Prior to that he was a Distressed Real Estate Asset Manager at Rialto Capital, where he acquired over $400MM of distressed debt. Emil received his B.B.A. from Georgia State University with a double major in Real Estate and Managerial Sciences. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Texas.

Christopher Drumm has been directly involved in numerous real estate transactions over the past decade. He has taken on projects as small as a one bedroom cabin, to major "full-gut" rehabs on single family homes, as well as some large commercial projects and transactions such as office buildings and mobile home parks. He also has extensive property management experience with his personal rental properties.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science from AIU, majoring in Criminal Justice. He completed this while serving active duty in the U.S. Army as an Abrams Tank Crewman. He has a long-standing track record in many different environments for outstanding performance and superior results.
